D. 1 How to cancel a Contribution Slip.
R. 1 To cancel a Contribution Slip, click on the 3rd icon from the left (cut paper symbol). It is possible to cancel only the Contribution Slips with the status "To Load".

D. 2 How to modify a Contribution Slip.
R. 2 By clicking on "Previous" botton (on the left of the "Send Contribution Slip" ones), it is possibile to return to the previous screen to modify the entered data. This is possible only with the "on-line" Contribution Slip. To avoid difficulties in the matching between Payment and Contribution Slip, the amount of both item must be the same.

D. 3 How to uncheck an Employee.
R. 3 By clicking on "?" flag (after the Employee personal data), it is possible to uncheck the Members you don't need.

D. 4 How can I use the "Print Payment" function?
R. 4 By clicking on the "Print Payment" botton, you will print the form with all the pre-defined data you entered by filling the "Contribution Slip" screen (bank details, purpose of transfer, total ammount, etc.). This function does not allow to make the payment, which must be credited in the bank account you received with your Access Credentials Letter.

D. 5 How can I use the "Print Slip" function?
R. 5 The Slip Print is meant to be a memo for the companies, as all the details have just been received with the filling of the form. It's not necessary to send the Print by e-mail.

R. 6 It can be used both the codes COVIP and PIPGENERALI.

R. 7 The employee, who is not present in the online list, must communicate the changing of his employer to the Generali agency where he subscribed the policy. The agency will procede to register the new data on the Company System.

R. 8 The Mail Form is reserved for the Companies whose employees have subscribed insurance policies from the following Product lines: PIP Valore Pensione, PIP Genera Futuro, PIP Primo (EX INASSIATALIA) and PIP Vivipensione.

R. 9 We highly reccomend to copy and paste directly the Access Credentials you have received. Sometimes some characters can be confused with others. We suggest making these attempts before pointing out some anomalies.

R. 12 Alternatively, Contributions Slips can be sent through a standard excel form. To download this form, you need to click the link "Download the documents describing data flow and examples" you find in the section "Send contribution slip".

D. 13 Which regularity should I follow for meeting the Contribution Slip terms?
R. 13 About the regularity of the payments and of the Contribution Slips, employer discretion is granted (payments can be yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, etc.). The only duty is to send at least one payment every year.

R. 14 The Account Statement must be required to the Generali Agency where the Insurance policy was issued.

D. 19 What to specify in the the purpose of transfer.
R. 19 The purpose of transfer (to be used for the payment) will be specified in the print available by clicking on the link "Print Payment", which will appear after the issuance of the Contribution slip. Alternatively, it is possible to specify the following data: VAT number, Company name, name and fiscal code of the employee, time-frame.

R. 20 The employee must go to his Generali agency and ask for the issuance of two different insurance policies.

R. 21 Please send an email to Aziende.generali@previnet.it, providing all the information about the wrong contribution slip and the right period. The changing will be visible only in our system; for the matching, the value date of the payment will be considered.

R. 23 If the company outsources the activity, all the data and the information needed to manage the Employee Contribution must be provided to the subject that will be doing it (such as: Access Credentials to the on-line Form and the instructions to manage the contribution slips and payments).

R. 24 Please adress the employee to his Generali agency: he will be asked to communicate the termination of the employment and, if present, his new employer.

D. 25 How to insert Welfare and Performance Bonus contribution?
R. 25 By entering in the reserved Area of the Web Uploader Service, it will be possible to insert the specific amount concerning both Welfare and Performance Bonus contribution. The procedure remains unchanged (as for Severance Pay, Employee and Employer contribution).

For what concerns the possibility to send the contribution slick by .txt or .xls files, It will be required to specify the kind of contribution.
By inserting a type "D" record in "sezione dettaglio", it will be necessary to indicate either the code "CW" (Welfare) or "PR" (Performance Bonus) in the "tipo_operazione" column, according to the desired contribution category.
The "contributo azienda" sections must be filled with both the amount of the contibution categories, if indicated.
In case different contribution categories must be communicated for a single employee (Severance Pay and Welfare/Performance Bonus), it will be mandatory to insert a record for every contribution category.

Procedures concerning the payment of the contribution slicks remain unchanged: for every contribution slick, a single payment of the same amount is required.
We remind that:

· Welfare: contributions incurred by employers on behalf of the employee, deriving from initiatives aimed at the promotion of the Company Welfare System.
· Performance Bonus: contributions incurred by employers on behalf of the employee, in case this latter has chosen to allocate it to supplementary pension scheme.
As these two categories of contribution have different fiscal treatments (in term of deductibility and taxation), we invite you to pay the highest level of attention while inserting the contribution slick: this will grant the right fiscal treatment to the employee.
